I was dismayed when I heard that this local dairy family were holding a complete dispersal sale today - and selling every cow they owned.
It turns out that they are staying in the dairy business but want to get some new genetics into their barn.
They won the Master Breeder shield in 2006 - it should be exciting to see what they do in the near future.
