I finally figured out that a joker would work for my April 1st word, which was 'fool', so when Annie @blueace challenged me to do some macro shots, I decided to have some fun with the joker card with macro at the same time.
He's certainly colourful, and seems to have a sense of humour, and at only 1/2 inch tall where I photographed him, a real character squeezed into a small area.
Probably not exactly what you were expecting for a macro, but, I hope he brings a smile to your face today.
