I like the roofs on the barns - how they are shaped, I am guessing there must be some reason for them to be designed like that. Nice editing, brings out the detail - looks like sweet corn growing in the field?
@stephanies Canada gets a lot of snow so I imagine the barn roofs are designed to shed snow.
You are correct that the field is growing corn - except that it is feed corn for cows, not sweet corn for people!
Great textures of the corn vs the barn siding/roof.
I grew up on a farm in Nebraska in the 50's. We always had corn for the cattle, and a couple of rows of sweet corn for us. Anyway, makes me think of the sweet fragrance of silage.
