The challenge said "Capture anything related to Easter".
Well, Easter is and always has been about the Crucifixion and Resurrection for me.
This scene is at a church in Glen Walter on the St. Lawrence River. I did stop by to take this shot right after Easter but a storm rolled in, soaking me and my camera so I had to cancel those shots.
Finally went by again today.
By the way, with the sun directly behind the scene, this also works for the latest B&W challenge with back lighting as the theme and a special invitation to members of all experience levels.
