52 Week Challenge: Traditional Black and White

Black and white photography is the art of using different tones of grey, ranging from white to dark, to create compelling images. No monochrome other than true black and white was allowed this week.
So - it was a night shot at the local moulding mill in Alexandria.
great range of greys. really a striking shot with the light flares. well done for the challenge!

Hi Wendy, im your get pushed partner this week. I will post a challenge for you by the end of the day . I just wanted to let you know that my options are very limited this week. I am full time caring for my Dad in his home, have no access to editing software beyond photo express on my phone, and can not be out of the house for more than 10 mins or so .. if im lucky! Still, im willing to be creative and accept a challenge if you are able to bear these things in mind!

@pdulis
Thank you, Peter. I just realized that you are the same Peter Dulis who regularly has articles in Photo News. I eagerly await every issue. I read the digital version but prefer the hard copy.
Such a great magazine!

Here is my challenge for you Wendy. Give me a view from your window. This could be a real view, or an imaginary one that you would like to have, but your image should indicate in some way that it is a view from a window.

Hope this works for you.
