I took my dog to the local beach this afternoon and saw a photoshoot taking place with a young girl in a bridal dress clutching one dark red rose sitting on the concrete looking out to sea. It immediately caught my attention and I asked the photographer if I could also take a picture. Jana is the designer of the dress and Sarah is the model. Jana asked me to include her details with any shots I put on the Web for copyright reasons.
I loved the way the overcast day, location, costume and model all combined to tell a story, or a series of stories, the interpretation being open to the imagination of the viewer. I hope the story has a happy ending!
Beautiful, professional quality shot! Thanks for the challenge. I can’t remember what challenge I’ve given you before, so let me know if this is a repeat. How about doing an abstract shot of one of your dogs? For instance, getting in so close to one feature that it’s not obvious what the whole is. Or ICM or…post processing would be OK also.
