After a day with 3 soggy playtime duties and coming home with wet feet and curly scraggly hair, a shot of an April Shower seemed quite appropriate! This is the path outside my house, not usually under water and you can see how heavily it was coming down - put the camera on continuous and can't believe how many crown shots/drops I got! (And how wet I got despite the umbrella)... This was one of many such shots taken in the space of a few seconds...
Thank you so much for your sympathetic and positive comments on my latest dice with death aka letting George play with danger near the camera! This was a 'spare' credit card I just keep with a low limit, for online transactions - thankfully I think it was the low threshold and the greedy thief that saved me. You are all very sweet and I'm glad you liked the flames too!
PS We have just had a drought declared here, perhaps I should send this shot to the council....!!
Soggy playground duties!!!...Don't remind me. But with water like this around we'd have "wet weather procedure" and all be locked up in the classroom for the whole day. Can't think which would be worse. Love the little crown shots too!
