My new camera has settings but I'm not familiar with enough of them yet... so I decided to go for a shot I could process in the same way. As I live in an old rural village I decided to process the shots in sepia, to suggest how they looked years ago. This was 1, darkened, 2, sepia'd, 3, saturated (it looked very grey), 4-added half a lomo effect. (Almost a 5-step challenge!)
#step 5 - curvy edge thanks to picmonkey! Thought it underlined the olde worlde look?
So grateful, always, for your comments and views on my little offerings, you are so kind for stopping by, thank you :)
Nicely done! One of your sepia shots should be framed in "dauggertype". It's another one of those old world type frames (one of the options allows your frame to keep everything in sepia but I forget the name). Also iPiccy (also free) has an effect called "Old Photo" that you'd have fun playing around with too.
I love this image: during my week in Sardinia, I saw loads of scenarios like this one and wish I did take some pictures of it... The colour treatment is very appropriate
