In the Furnace!

The wedding reception in Sheffield was held at Kelham Island Industrial Museum, and parts of the museum were open for the wedding party to look round before the meal.

The children's play area was impressive, with the equipment based on steel processing - a furnce ball pool, a slide to pour out the steel, rolls to shape the steel to climb through and powered hammers to crawl under.

My grandchildren loved this - here Oliver is wallowing in the ball pool.

Oliver and his sister had a wonderful time in the play area - a great opportunity for them to let of steam after being on their best behaviour in church!
