The yard sale material almost suffices for the chair after the curtains are finished. Indiscriminately pleasant, the chair accepts cast-off clothing or receives me. I tie my shoes. I read in peace, away from the noise of the front room
After careful consideration, I'm guessing you throw the accumulated clothes off the chair -- not yourself. But if I'm wrong -- hey, it's your house and you deserve to be as comfortable as you want to be. :-) Nice material.
@mcsiegle my thoughts were the opposite of Mary's hahahaha I pictured you disrobing as you walked - odd I didn't think the other as I always have clothes draped over furniture

Read it last night and thought it was different. I didn't have time to comment then and am so glad. Fun to come back to the rewritten version which is how I read it anyway and see the other comments.
