Slow Shutter Speed by gaylewood

Slow Shutter Speed

On a recent 365 thread Diana Ludwigs @ludwigsdiana and Vera @vera365 mentioned a free online photography course, "A Year With My Camera" by Emma Davies. After checking it out I decided to go for it and I registered for the course that started April 4th. We have weekly lessons and my plan is to share my homework photos here on 365. I'm looking forward to this fun and exciting yearlong learning journey with my camera.

This week's lesson is shutter speed and our homework was to take 2 photos of the same moving subject, one with a slow and one with a fast shutter speed. I chose flowing water as my moving subject and this is my slow shutter speed shot.
Now that sounds like a great idea! I look forward to following your journey and seeing the images you take over the year.

sounds like a great plan to go with this course Gayle. I look forward to keeping up with what you are learning. A great subject for your slow shutter speed shot with the water coming from all directions.

@helenhall Hi, Helen! All is well and the course is running along smoothly. Learning more and more with each chapter. I just posted one of my homework photos here on 365 . . . your message was the reminder I needed that my intention was to post some of my homework photos here. Thank you for that, Helen! Hope you are doing well and I'll be viewing your photos ASAP. :-)
