We've just had our coldest summer day in many years with cloud, rain and wind! The little blue wrens had to stay close to the ground or they would have been carried far away :)

Those are the most incredible feather colours! What a lovely little bird! I know what you're saying about the high wind! In the midst of our storm, the ducks took off but were immediately swept off course my a mighty gust of wind! Pretty amazing to see!
