Yesterday we braved the plummeting spring temperature, gale force winds, high seas and rain and went for a bijou strollette along one of the breakwaters at Ngamotu Beach where we happened upon Seal. It would seem that his singing days are over, but in other news I now have a lovely new water proof coat...it will go perfectly with ones panda fur slippers and one shall wear both when one sits down of an evening to dine upon the finest whale steaks.

I shsll only forgive the rainbow - for ducks sake! - because a seal is involved - but that is revoked because of the reference to improper use of endangered species - but hitshed duckarse I have to fav because of said seal hickdead!

Sorry Graeme to let you down lately, I was very busy! What a great shot. Perfect model (subject), perfect exposure and maybe a bit of chance with the rainbow. Anyway, Lightroom or not, Photoshop or not, this is a shot for the National Geographic. FAV

Wow, you totally scored with a seal as a sitting duck, shall we say, AND a rainbow!! Very impressive Mr. Stevens, and I doubt that you will be wearing any live waterproof coats, or I will personally club you to death!
