Forever Awake by graemestevens

Forever Awake

For my amusement, entertainment and delight I once again ventured forth into the wide world with my gas mask in hand. I had to use two ND filters today to get this shot happening but I'm quite pleased with the end result.
Upon reflection, and judging by the reaction of one elderly gentleman (who may have wept later), a cemetery may not have been the most appropriate place to be dressed thusly. Still, we all had a good giggle in the end.
Once again, if you have the time, best on black.
This is soooo funny - the shot is not my cup of tea but your comments are 100% my sense of humour!!! Please keep on making me smile :)

@alinz I'm so pleased that I could be of assistance in some way ;)

yes yes yes - and then the headline
"G.S charged with manslaughter - found guilty of causing numerous heart attacks among the elderly in cemeteries"
May 12th, 2015
Ghostly is the word.
May 12th, 2015
Very atmospheric.....love it
May 12th, 2015
Great shot. To add to the amusement you could have chased after the old man with the mask on yelling "your next!!" I'm sure he would see the funny side.

@karlow75 As his colostomy bag split, leaving a trail behind him...no thanks ;) And thank you kindly as always
@colleenbrown88 Thanks very much :)
@dibzgreasley Just what I was aiming for ;)
@annied As strange as it may seem, it wouldn't be the first time that I'd made headlines...

Such outstanding bad taste ... but as an elderly gentleman I have to say you didn't go far enough....! :-) Impressed you did this in camera.

@jack4john Thanks very much - I very rarely go for sepia but it just seems to need it :)
@annied Not really, I was just rolling with it
@deliad Thanks very much - we managed to pick up a set of 10 different filters on trade me for a very, very good price - worth a crack and you can get some rather interesting results

FAV, i absolutely love this shot! Who but you would have thought of the ND filters to grab a ghostly graveyard shot in broad daylight? Nicely conceived and executed.
