We spent our christmas break frantically painting and wall papering our humble abode with a view to selling...and then promptly procrastinated. Eventually we put it on the market and, 4 days later, have sold.
We've purchased a section in town to build on but have, in typical Stevens' fashion, been caught so short that we're almost subterranean and now find ourselves having to move in to the mother-in-law's house for an undefined period of time.
To add insult to injury, I found this box upside down. It's clearly faulty.
Bugger.

I'd call in the bomb squad with a robot if I were you. Good to hear you've sold your house. Not so good that you're caught short. Hope you get on well with your MIL.
Laughing! Sounds like you'll have quite a journey ahead and a bit of a nomadic life. I feel for you -- worth it in the end, but I imagine some dark(er) photos ahead!

@graemestevens my youngest son just moving into a self build at Kinloch, it's gone up in a remarkable time, so good to see it grow so fast. I like the way you build houses in NZ!
