Harbinger

My daughter told me the other day that she had cut some of her daffodils to take to a friend. That made me look at mine and I was surprised to see there were blooms already. Another subject that can be cliché for an amateur photographer. I am two for two! Perhaps I will try for a sunset tomorrow!
Who's telling you these things?! There's nothing amateur about photographing a beautiful flower. Especially my favorite kind (o:

Love this! The lighting and dof are great (and I have to laugh at the narrative - where would I be without my flower, pet and sky photos?)

I had to laugh. Bring on the sunset shot to make it 1/3! For me pets and sunsets are great - I'll skip the flowers if you don't mind ;)

Hahahah whenever I post a flower I think of Crom!!! But sometimes flowers are just so beautiful that they shouldn't be missed, especially a daff!!! (National emblem of Wales!) x

@olivetreeann It was in a discussion that Joey posted a few days ago. I am not one to take most of that to heart anyway because I am not striving for perfection or professionalism. Glad you like this Thanks!
@bkbinthecity so kind of you to say. Glad you like it
@linnypinny Thanks Lin. You may have noticed I DIDN'T post a sunset but that was mostly because of cloudy conditions and not a wish to conform
@dawnee Thanks so much Dawnee. I appreciate it
@kwiksilver I'm right there with you sista! Glad you like it!
@tunia That is so nice of you to say. Thanks Tunia!
@eudora You are too kind Diane.
@ruthmouch I had almost forgotten about him! Also that the daffodil is your national emblem . Glad you like it in B&W
