My entry for the current street art challenge. Not my usual shot, but I especially liked this because of the artist still working on it. Wilmington, North Carolina, USA. (I've no idea as to the significance of the dates; will have to look into that!)

North Carolina was the first state to call for Independence on April 12, 1776. Not sure of the other date. Nice spotting getting the person doing the painting.
