Postman

It is lashing down with rain & wind here today ! I was just in Garstang getting a few bits & pieces & spied this post trolley parked up. I hung around for 5 minutes waiting for the postman to come back so I could take his photo. I had to keep dashing backwards & forwards into Booths doorway out of the rain until he came back. ( & I did ask him !!)

@snowy Actually funny you should say that I was slightly concerned when he went briefly out of sight of the trolly !! Thought 'should he be leaving Her Majesty's Mail unattended !!

I've never seen a post trolley before - of course it never rains over here!! (Actually it just did and lasted 30 secs and we REALLY need some - I have to be careful taking Monty in fields as the cracks are enormous.) I'm loving the posty's monkey keyring!

Isn't it summer over there Pat? You look like you're having the same sort of weather as us and we're heading into winter. Poor old soggy postman. I hope his mail deliveries stayed dry.

I've never seen a post trolley either. Ours just carry bags. I guess a trolley wouldn't go through the snow! Great shot Pat, looks like a horrible day!
