A Sea of Brollies.

Westmorland Show in the rain !! I had bought tickets on line before I went to Ireland so we decided we would brave the weather & go today. Well we are a hardy lot up North... there were thousands there splashing about in the mud. Situated near Kendal & on a hill, it is such a picturesque show ground & a really good country agriculture show. I have done this in black & white to accentuate the wet but really every one was cheerful & enjoying themselves very much. We bought some puddings from Country Puddings , I bought a rain hat & of course I took lots of photos in the rain.
We saw loads of people we knew to talk to & had a really good day out !

@sarah19 I did think of asking Harry to take my photo but to be truthful I was so wet & I think I got a bit of rain in my lens as all the later pictures have a blurred bit in the right corner.
