I opened the curtains this morning & saw the sun shining on the house opposite, ran down to get my camera & there was Harry coming back from his morning walk for the papers. He is looking up at the window to see if I am up!!!! I am pretty sure the time is wring on my camera & it's an hour earlier than it says, will check when I have posted...don't want you thinking I am lolling in bed late!!!!!
The time is right by the way!
Three good things:
1. We have had Lydia for the afternoon while Dad & Mum are at a cycling exhibition at the GMX, she is recovering from flu poor girl.
3. I have seen Bebe from next door & she is doing so well.
3. Max left us a sweet telephone message last night ...I have saved it of course!
@sarah19 Thank you Sallie, proper flu is horrible isn't it...her bones ached so much she said!! Very weak & not eating much yet but has turned the corner. glad you feel better too!
@fannyb Very true Fanny, I have one B&B in tomorrow & nothing else booked in at the moment until the end of March!!!!!! A guy rang tonight for two rooms for two nights this week but he wanted to knock me right down in price & am not that desperate I want to work for peanuts, heating on full blast etc. he hasn't rung back!!!! I know I will be busy enough later so am enjoying the quiet.
What a lovely morning capture ... your framing of this photo is wonderful. Perfect timing no matter what the camera says! Looks like you're going to have a lovely day!
Oh you stay a bed Pat! ;0) 8am is the middle of the night on a Sunday...well I wish it was! Adam had us awake all night with a really bad sore throat and laryngitis. That's twice since Christmas and he's barely been ill since he had his tonsils out 8 years ago. Very annoying in hockey season! I've only had proper flu once and it really is horrible. Anybody vertical who says they've just come down with flu is lying in my opinion! Poor Lydia.
Wonderfully composed shot, Pat. Love that pop of light on the building and the feeling of peaking through those trees to catch a glimpse of Harry. Nice one!
Love this early morning view from your window...and how timely to get Harry in the shot! Poor Lydia! I hope she is feeling much better very soon!! Did you ever get a flu shot, Pat?? I know that message from Max was adorable! :)

And sympathy to Lydia from one sufferer to another. Hope she feels better soon.
