Central Pier, Blackpool

A quick dash into Blackpool, first for a car wash & valet, then to Vision Express to pick up my repaired specs.
I took a little detour to Clarks for a pair of sandals...I couldn't keep the old ones on my feet, the strap kept coming off my heel even though I had tightened it up.
To the book shop to buy Max a book on bugs & insects then a quick dash into TKMax where I bought a long sleeved T shirt for him too.
Ten minutes to spare on my parking ticket so a dash across the promenade for a few photos.
This shows the most interest but as I was facing into the sun you can't see the amazing blue sky.....I will post a better sky picture on my extras.

Three good things:
1. Some rather swish sandals , plain with a bit of sparkle on them!
2. Blackpool at it's best..it was just lovely today, weather hot & sunny but not too many holiday makers!!
3. Called in at Aldi & got some shopping cheaper than Booths...it was packed out!!
