A very uninspired day today for photos so a filler I'm afraid.
I have lent my camera to Jack as he is taking some bridegroom photos tomorrow at next doors wedding.
Three good things:
1. George from next door has put spell check on the new computer...I was having to look in the dictionary!
2. My suitcase down from the attic...I am off to Co.Sligo in Ireland for 5 days with the girls on Sunday!
3. My toes look lovely with the new nail polish Cathy bought me as part of my birthday present....Crushed Grape.
Beautiful to see fresh garden crops --the 2nd year that I have not been able to grow a few of my own produce & I miss it so , not being able to nip out & get stuff as I wanted it !!
If I will not the chance again --do have a a nice hols in Co Silo --I love southern Ireland ,around the south west coast I had to cancel my hols to that area last year due to my ill health Do enjoy & a chance to flash around your *crushed grapes * !!
Fav for me - I love this. Note to self - weed the veg plot and make it look even vaguely photogenic!! You'll have a blast in Ireland - I remember last year!
This is just such a lovely shot and fave for me too. The lettuces do look very appetising, make me think of Peter Rabbit! Have a lovely break! (Crushed grape indeed - actually i have a grape lipstick!)
The crops look good and I love the pov. I can't keep on top of things at the allotment and came back feeling fed up today. Trouble is we grow too much then give half of it away!
@busylady Ah but think of the pleasure Judith!! When we first had our vegie plot we grew all sorts of stuff but then learnt to grow just what we wanted to eat, potatoes, cabbage, lettuce etc.
This is an amazing pov and can smell the soil and feel the fresh lettuce. Have a wonderful time in Ireland with the girls and post some of the shots frome there .
Nice to see these tender lettuces growing! Your toes will obviously look like you have been in the grapes, crushing the juice out of them! Love to see pics of Ireland- have a great time as I know you will with the girls!
It's actually worked out really well for an uninspired pic Pat- it's really gorgeous. Love the POV and the rich colours in the soil and the foliage. Enjoy your weekend with the girls - that sounds like loads of fun.
@bpaquette Harry tipped the whole packet in by mistake Barbara so I will just pull it young & thin it that way...takes too long to get going again otherwise!
Sweet shot...I love the perspective on this fresh, new garden!
I just gave myself a pedicure in preparation for Bermuda beaches...a summery shade of "Watermelon". :)

Memo to self - redo toenails!
Was going to take a photo of my toe nails but when I looked closely I had made a poor job of doing them so will have to re do!!
