Salesman of the year in my book. A part time sales man in Clarks shoe shop he went above & beyond the call of duty.
The shop was packed with people buying boots & shoes in the sale & he was bobbing about with a cheerful & happy banter putting in a word here & there as he went past.
Tom is at college but his plan is to go to London & do drama...he will be excellent !!
Here he is putting an extra buckle hole in Cathy's new purchase.
He forced me to buy another pair of boots!!!
Three good things:
1. A lovely morning with Cathy in Preston.
2. Lovely toasted teacake in M&S.
3. Looking forward to an evening at the village hall at Whitechapel for our New Years Eve bash.
Have had to edit this as I forgot to wish you all A Happy New Year!! Hope everyone has a fantastic 2014....where does the time go?

@lucypics Would really love that Lucy...I might drive myself down to @judithg I am sure there is a B&B near her!! We could have a Cambridge meet up!! I am away half way through February & most of March so perhaps in the better weather?

@lucypics@judithg Silly me I would go & stay with my sister in Litchum...have looked at the map & it's only a hop skip & jump down the road. I see too little of my only sister so would be great to combine the two!!
Super capture -- choosing the right shoes and having proper help makes all the difference !! Enjoy your night out tonight We were invited to our friends house -- but I didn't feel up to it hence I telephoned her this morning before she went into the trouble to cook & cater for us !!
Some people are good at selling shoes and others I have found couldn't care less! Clark's is a good brand, I believe so good to hear they have sales! It's now 8.30pm your time so have a happy night tonight!
