Walls

I have had trouble with my camera battery today....I might have got confused as to when I last charged it but when I came to take today's photo the battery was flat. I have it on charge now but it is taking a long time to charge up.
Not much time today either as we are going out tonight...this is just to keep me up to date photo wise so no need to comment on yet another Fell walk photo.
Quiet weekend so will catch up over the next few days.

Three good things:
1. Another meal out so no cooking...haggis on the menu which I really liked last time.
2. Karen Carpenter...ages since I heard her voice & forgotten how lovely it was until I heard her on the radio this morning.
3. Opening a new magazine.
Ah nothing wrong with the fells! Need to get on them myself soon.

Love the stone wall's.. there are some up North in NZ..but our stone around here is sandstone so would crumble away...

I love Karen Carpenter too! I am looking really hard at this photo because there must be, dotted around keeping a safe distance from each other, some ramblers eating their lunch? ;) Have a nice night.

Ooh now you're just teasing me - pics from the top! Surprised @fueast isn't in a camper van up there with Poppy as we speak! You're right about Karen Carpenter - she was/is amazing.

I love the word "fells". From my childhood books mainly based somewhere in Britain, when we used to call England, "the Mother Country"! Skinny Karen, eh? A sad story.

@maggiemae Yes a sad end to poor Karen..but she lives on in her music. Just got home at 4 mins past midnight but a very good Burns night.
