Got up late & have hardly moved out of my chair except to eat. Miserable wet day......should be doing some ironing but have ut it off until tomorrow.
Harry & I have been watching the road race bike race through the streets of Glasgow.
Three good things:
1. Our niece has left hospital for home with her two new baby girl twins.
2. Watching the young Scottish boxer Charlie Flynn singing Flowers of Scotland after winning his gold medal.......why can't they all sing up with pride like that?
3. Reading a great book for the older woman.....fun & easy to read. The Time of Their Lives by Maeve Haran. I was up for two hours reading it in the night!!
She does looks a contented cat --all lovely and cuddly ! No rain here today been sunny and a bit breezy I am so tired with my medication but was determined not to sleep this afternoon- so attacked some of the overgrown and dead flowers in the garden -- very therapeutic --now absolutelt washed out -but pleased with myself !
Lap cat looks very comfortable! Sorry you've had such a miserable wet day. It's been sunny here and we visited some gardens. Hope your day will be sunny tomorrow.
I have put off various jobs today due to having a cat on my lap. Been lovely here today though - better improve in Preston by Wednesday! I have an appointment with a lot of ironing tomorrow....
Great close up, somebody else is not moving too far today too by the looks of it. My sister has just phoned and she is fed up of the rain in Worsley too.
