Marching pylons by happypat

Marching pylons

Fog at last this morning, it sounds silly but we haven't had fog for ages & I always love the image it creates.

Lazy day today after our B&B left & we had changed beds.

Off out to the pub for our tea later and then a quiet night in by the fire.

Three good things:
1. The Sunday papers.
2. The duplicate hotel list for family & friends that Alex gave us before she left for Europe, we can see exactly where she is.
3. Hot Ribena.
Great shot and title, Pat. Would look good as a giant mural.

@stepheesue Thank you Stephanie...it was in fact freezing & a very chilly damp feel!
January 18th, 2015
Ah beautiful - a proper hanging mist. I was thinking about Alex with all the delays on the Eurostar - she's lucky she didn't get caught up in that lot!
January 18th, 2015
@happypat It does indeed, and that's no mean feat!
January 18th, 2015

Lovely shot Pat, I also like a good bit of fog... as long it doesn't hang around all day...
January 18th, 2015
@happypat Yes but we British 'love' the weather.
January 18th, 2015
I'm scrolling down too on your post! Wondering where you were for this flat land photo - must have been out and about. Fog suits these marching giants - gives them a fairytale look! I like when our friends give us an itinerary with hotels - I google the hotels and see exactly where they are!
January 18th, 2015
Love the perspective and I rather like mist fogginess too! Like frost or snow it changes a scene.
January 18th, 2015
@maggiemae same here maggimae, I have googled everyone of the hotels Alex is staying in......this is taken from the back of the veg patch looking over the fields...I was in my dressing gown! I cropped a little bit off the bottom so it looked like they are floating. Just by where Kerry parked the car.
January 18th, 2015
@julzmaioro no it didn't hang round much thank goodness Julz, Been a chilly dank day though.
January 18th, 2015

January 18th, 2015
Beautiful shot, it looks so atmospheric. Fog and mist looks so beautiful but I hate driving in it. Luckily we don't get too much of it here. Got to be a fav,.
January 18th, 2015
