A wet morning so we took a trip into Preston this morning. Bought some trousers in the sale, one pair from Laura Ashley & the other from Phase Eight, both pairs half price.
I would think M&S would be desperate for the queues in Debenhams! M&S was really quiet but Debenhams changing rooms were so busy....Harry was very patient !
All Friagate being dug up again so lots of drilling & noise!
Three good things:
1. M&S has revamped their restaurant, a big improvement!
2. Chocolate covered Thornton toffees.
3. No mud at Glastonbury!
Love this scene of the action on the streets of Preston. The bicycle, the dog, and the barber pole add so much to this shot!

Sounds as if you had a good morning despite the rain .We also had a wet morning but soon dried up to a be a dry sunny but muggy day ! Alfie shoud be sat there -- he is in more need for a hait trim than that one !
Wonderful composition...I like how the doorways each have a subject of interest in front of them. I know they say odd numbers work better than even but this works great
The guys can get their hair done on one side and their nails done on the other! Nice street shot and you are mean writing about chocolate covered toffees! They were a childhood favourite and I was never happy with just one and used to put another in my mouth, and another...until my teeth stuck!
