Popped into Blackpool to activate our new bank card.
The sales are on & the car park was full of cars when we returned.
A beautiful winters day with clear blue sky & frost air.
Having friends round for a drink tonight!
Three good things:
1. A new suit.
2. The gritters are out gritting the roads.
3. Harry's car has gone in for repair.

@cruiser I bought a swimsuit to replace the chlorine zapped on I have now. Not an easy thing to buy post Christmas I can tell you! Tried it on again this morning when you feel thin & it looks OK! Plenty of rucking & thick material!! I only use it when I go to NZ in the hot pools!
You did well to get a new swimsuit. I swim all ear round and usually have a spare lined up so I am not 'caught short' because I don't like paying too much for them because they don't last!
I'm hoping my current swimsuit lasts until the day I die...I despise trying on swimsuits! So glad that Harry's new car is in for repair. I'm certain it will look as pretty and unblemished as the day he bought it.
@quietpurplehaze mine reduced to £15 in M&S. I wouldn't be seen dead in a swimsuit on a beach here but in NZ I am incognito!! I wish I liked swimming more as it's a great exercise. I only learnt about ten years ago but have never got beyond one length! Always too cold over here & I hate the getting dressed again bit. If I had a friend to go with I think I could get better but I'm Billy no mates in the swimming department! @peggysirk
