I know many of you will have seen this scene before but no going out today, it's freezing & wet & cold.
Got my camera out to take an arty close up shot of something or other but ended up with the same old view as last year!
I do admit my kitchen does look lovely at this time of year so hope you like it too.
Really slow internet here today, I think the world & his family are all online today! I will do my best commenting!
Three good things:
1. Harry made my lunch, two fried eggs on toast 😍😮 so I haven't done a thing today!
2. Choosing a new book to read!
3. We have no snow!
@jgpittenger a few from B&B but the majority from friends & family Jane. The perfect place there drawing pinned to the beams well out of the way! @lyndamcg
@newbank thanks Ruth. Hope you enjoyed Christmas with your lovely family. A time to draw in & engulf your loved ones close after a horrendous year. Do hope 2018 is a positive & confidence restoring time & things begin to recede more from your head. A very happy new year. 😘
It would be sad to take all the cards down but the good thing is - you can read them all again! Good lighting is always so heartening and you have it here for a good photograph as well!
Thank you all for your lovely comments!
Yes lots of cards but no more than usual. I think we are good card senders in the UK so this amount isn't unusual. They are nicely out of the way up there!
@happypat I agree that you are wonderful card senders in the UK. My cousin always is so particular about choosing just the right card for the occasion. I have decided (New Year resolution?) to do more cardmaking this year. I enjoy the craft and creating the perfect theme for each person.
Thank you all for your lovely comments!
