Harry is still mowing grass!
Mild today so the grass is still growing!
It has taken me a bit to syke myself up into posting again after my busy weekend, it’s tempting just to let things slide & not bother but I know I would miss you all!
Three good things:
1. Not sure if it’s a good thing or a bad thing but I have been forced into doing the Apple upgrade on my iPad. It took quite a while & even my keypad is differently laid out, it’s weird. All to do with privacy etc but I had to do it as it wouldn’t even let me upload photos to 365. Wondering if anyone else has been affected?
2. We’ve had a lovely full on weekend with friends but glad to quieten down again.
3. Recorded programmes to watch when you have the time!
He would be emptying the catch so often with the thickness of this grass! I had to get a new battery for my MacBook Air - wouldn't load, kept shutting down. Its been in hospital for a week and I miss it!
I watch a recorded program every day and look forward to it!
Still looks like lots of growth .. our lawns need doing every 5-6 days at the moment .. don't mind now that I got a rideon and always like the lawns to look good .. hate it when you have to to a update and things change, but doesn't take long to get use to it.. We would miss you to Pat if you took a break..
@julzmaioro Thank you Julz, & would miss everyone too & I need it to keep track of my daily movements ha ha! I am cross that they have changed the keyboard round though, the alphabet bits the same but the exclamation & other symbols have changed round, most disconcerting!
lets hope it will be the last time this season that Harry will have to mow that large length of grass ! - I have also noticed that the grass is still growing ! Sorry to hear you have had problems with a change over - these things come to try us - you will soon get used to the new layout !
Oh my! Still mowing! Well I upgraded my iPad and noticed a little difference in the keyboard but not much really. Might be different in America, though.
@quietpurplehaze I was forced into it as nothing would work on the sharing of stuff such as photos etc. I hate been made to do stuff, I always ignore if I can!
@beryl Thanks Beryl, yes the keyboard is a law unto itself at the best of times...I am a one finger typer so any change & I’m done for! We have a lot of grass but it’s a pleasure for Harry!
Can he come round here and cut our grass please, we have to cut ours all year round.
Know what you mean about posting. I was only going to post occasionally this year due to many other projects, but here I am in November and still posting every day. I don't take the photo on the day any more and just post whatever photo I like and I do limit myself to commenting, but I would miss 365 if I stopped.
I have been avoiding the IOS 12 upgrade like the plague....... even more worried now I hear of your experiences! I wish they would leave well alone and stop fixing things that ain't broke!!

@casablanca 8 was forced into it as I coukdnt load any photo up to 365, all to do with privacy! I thought something was wrong with my iPad to start with but it was forcing me to upgrade. All is well now although the worst thing is the change in my keyboard layout. There is a short cut when typing that I can’t understand, if you hit the keyboard when typing it sometimes puts a number in instead of the letter. Haven’t figured out how it does that yet! Above all the letters on the keyboard is a shadowy copy of the numbers so it must be the way you touch the keys. Good luck!
I know how he feels ... I mowed up all the sycamore leaves as my Mum likes to make compost from them. The lawn still needs doing.... *sigh*. Keep going, Harry!
