Shopping in Garstang this morning for some bits & pieces.
No food as I’m trying to be sensible & empty the freezer before we move.
Had our lunch out on the High Street, the fifth time this week for me....Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & today....could become a habit!
Three good things:
1. A free daily newspaper with our shopping from Booths.
2. A chat to friends on the Hight Street.
3. I bought some coloured sticker dots to tag the furniture we are taking with us.
@casablanca All quiet places but we all seem to be behaving everywhere up here. We give our names in every time & contact numbers. Wouldn’t like to go into a bigger town though.
I think it’s the thing we have missed most, meeting friends & having coffee & lunch out. We feel we have to get on with our lives but with care.
We only visit quiet places. We have to leave our names and numbers in restaurants etc.
We have only eaten out twice since lockdown. Well at restaurants that is, we have had meals at friends houses and they have eaten at our house too.
