Normally dad cuts Max & Finns hair but this time Finn wanted a proper professional haircut.
He looks pretty pleased with the result! Apparently he kept combing it....I think he’s going to be quite a fashion conscious young man....he loves his hoody up too!
He has his mouth shut as he’s lost two front teeth!
Three good things:
1. Picked up my collapsible airer this morning, I’m pleased with it!
2. I defrosted the deep freeze today & we decided we would try & shift it into the garage ready for moving. Success....I feel really pleased, it’s half empty & out of the house!
3. Last but by no means least it’s our daughter Cathy’s birthday today. It’s her busiest day at work so not much chance of celebrating today....the family went out for a meal yesterday afternoon but if course we couldn’t go...too many of us from different households! We saw her on Saturday though on our walk.
I was quite shocked how much he’s grown actually, 52 photos from NZ last night so a real good catch up. Max looks much the same but Finn seems to have had a real growth spurt! Lovely to get news & pictures from NZ....seems so long since we saw them all.
Thank you all for your lovely comments!
What a lovely shot of this handsome young man with his new hair cut! He's quite right to keep his mouth closed. When I look back on some photos of me, toothless, or with teeth too big for my face, I wish I too had kept my mouth shut! Ha ha! He's an astute wee fella!
He is a sweetie, six years old & the youngest of our six grandchildren. We feel they are growing up fast without us. Normally by now we would have booked our annual trip to NZ but we are a long way off that this time sadly. Many like us too....
Gosh he looks so grown up. What a handsome young man he's growing into. They grow up so fast. I do hope you can get to NZ soon. If you knew when that would be it would help!
Happy birthday to Cathy. Hope she's enjoying her day, despite being so busy.
You are winning on your move, a step at a time!
