Watery Blackpool

Yesterdays visit to Blackpool……wet & wild & then all of a sudden the sun came out!

Three good things:
1. A lovely send off for a friend today. Nice service & a good gathering afterwards,
2. A video of our almost two year old great granddaughter in New Zealand venturing out in her first snow.
3. So many roadworks today….not good but at least they are hopefully improving the terrible state of the roads.

Is that the Blackpool tower I can see there? Lovely cobbles on the street too! We have an influx of orange cones just literally everywhere with roadworks!

Weird weather. We’ve been freezing here for a couple of days. I reckon it was colder in the wind than any day we had in the winter. A lovely street scene.
