I love a washing line!! Summer Garden. by happypat

I love a washing line!! Summer Garden.

This piece of are work caught my eye in the Reghed Gallery.
I hadn’t much time so never checked the price at the time.
Our opposite neighbour has her washing out today…..I guess they might have dried a wee bit!

We are taking the meds but Harry coughed a lot last night! 🤦‍♀️
Such a lovely piece of work, it looks like an ink and colour wash painting , Sorry to hear your illness is hanging on , so is mine - have been poorly since Xmas day , been on antibiotics , the coughing has subsided but still with a bunged-up head and still very croaky voice ! - Some horrible bugs going around at the moment !! -- roll on towards Spring - such a horroble time of the year!

@beryl It’s very depressing isn’t it Beryl? For the first time we are feeling our ages! Hope you soon feel better yourself. We are all sick of this winter I think. Take care.

@julzmaioro @happypat Don't think the mint balls are quite the same but the blackballs are a NZ favourite - a mint taste with a hint of aniseed.
You have had covid symptoms for over 10 days now - back to Doctor?

What a great piece of artwork! Everywhere you look there seems to be people with some bug or other. I wonder if it’s some legacy from lockdown, when no one mixed with anyone & the usual winter bugs didn’t affect people as much…

What a lovely colourful picture.

Hope you feel better soon.

I am feeling my age at the moment too. I have been out of action since before Christmas. A CT has now shown I have 'loose body' in my hip. Which apparently is small fragments, pieces of bone and articular cartilage, that break off in the hip joint. I am not ready to be old. ha ha

Wonderful! Feel better soon!

@onewing Oh dear that’s a new one to me Babs! Will it clear up its self or continuous? I have a bad knee now too. Think that’s where I got covid at the X-ray centre. It’s not too bad at the moment but strangely bad last night & I’m resting it now of course! Weird. Hope yours clears up soon.

@carole_sandford Could be Carole….so many bugs around. Coughing is the worse one, it seems everyone has one.

@maggiemae This Covid variation seems to linger longer……a matter of time I’ve been told. Don’t talk about doctors visits here…they are like hens teeth! 🤦‍♀️

This artwork is so sweet - peeping through the foliage to see the washing line. I do hope you start to get your energy back soon.
