Another view of the main street in Lancaster city centre.
You can see how narrow the streets are considering this is a city.
On the right there is a small Marks & Spencers & there are a few of the well known names such as Next, Topshop etc but mostly Lancaster is known for it's small individually owned shops selling a variety of products especially catering for the student trade.
Not too many empty shops, the one for let on the right was recently occupied by Next but they have moved into the nearby shopping arcade.
