Esthwaite Water in the Lake District is for sale on Ebay, guide price £300,000.

I took this photo when we went to the Lakes a couple of weeks ago.

Beatrix Potter invented her character Jeremy Fisher on it's banks....she had her house near by & Wordsworth mentioned this lake in several of his poems.

This Victorian boathouse, some land, fishermans lodge & plus a shop & a cafe....I reckon it's a bargain!!
