What is this?

I have been catching up with 365 today as we are out again tonight...& tomorrow, all go at the moment!

Anybody know what this is...uninspiring I know but rather liked the look.

This photo reminds me of a round in quiz game when I was a teenager - photos of objects from unusual angles and you had to work out what the photo was. Intriguing but I'm stuck. Perhaps "what is it?" would be a better title.
