When you mentioned soft Doc Martins I Googled them to see what they looked like. Not keen on buying shoes online though. I will be interested if these are comfortable especially around the ankles.

@pamknowler Well I still have them on Pam. Just one worry, I have to lace them up each time...could have done with a zip up the side perhaps but the wouldn’t have been as cool! 🤣. I liked a pair of Birkenstock ones too!

@dide @beryl I love them already but not taken label off yet, will do tomorrow I expect. I’ve never bought footwear online before & when I first saw then thought they would never go round my ankle as not got the thinnest of ankles but they are fine.

Very snazzy. My daughter Zoe loved her Doc Martens.

My pal Jo has a few pairs of Doc Martens too and not only the black ones she has a floral pair and a white pair too. She is a very trendy lady and will be 83 in a couple of weeks.

Thank you all....the lighter softer version so I’m not as trendy as I sound!! They look nice though & loads of room in the foot area.

Oh, I’m jealous ! Love Doc Martins and Timberlands But can’t wear them anymore since I have 2 strips of metal that hold my ankle together and that are a bit too close to the skin, really 😣 too much pressure on the wrong spot. Sold almost new ones for a low sum and made someone very happy, so it’s ok ... Enjoy them 👍
