@maggiemae Thank you so much for your comments, I am improving & after 3 weeks of walking up & down the hallway I now need to go out & exercise more. I like to walk 2 klms a day, I think it will take a while to achieve that again....I am just thankful I am improving...Hope to comment again soon. Everything I do seems to be "connected" to my shoulder blades/ vertebrae. Ha-ha.
Thats an odd place to have a problem... often caused by lifting and turning the upper body at the same time. I've often found lying on the floor on my back and relaxing helps!
