Of course I had to enlist the help of my three favorite subjects for my 365th photo. There would be no project without these nuts - these precious gems of mine. I have had a great time documenting them this past year. These snapshots of such fleeting moments in their lives are so fantastic to have. I will treasure this experience forever.
This picture harkens back to the first of only a couple of times I managed to make the popular page. That picture is still one of my favorites http://365project.org/hbdaly/365/2010-03-30 and is, in many ways, the essence of my whole project - my whole life at the moment.... The boys each colored their own numbers. And I realized after I took this that they are all holding the age that they were when I started all of this. Very cool.
I just want to thank all of you who helped inspire me this past year with your support and comments. This community has really come to feel like a home. At the moment I am planning on continuing this project in some form or another so I am not going away. Although the thought of another 365 days feels a little daunting... Don't worry, you'll see these three maniacs again - whether you like it or not!!.... ;-)
A definite congratulations on making it through a year. I realize that doing it with three boys to take care of makes it an even more amazing feat. You say there would be no project without them, but at the same time you have to take the time to focus on the project while running a household with three young boys. That can't be easy. Again, congratulations.
