We were on vacation last week in North Hero Vermont. We rented the same wonderful house we did last year, and since I overdid it with dock and sunset pictures then, I was determined to branch out this year. This is our first day at the house and the weather was gorgeous - warm and windy. We broke out the new kites and had some fun. David thought it would be funny to attach Mike's Spongebob kite to his Iron Man fishing pole and see how high up he could get it. And boy did he soar! Needless to say, Spongebob never returned.... Last we saw of him, he was headed north and climbing. We figure he probably crossed the border illegally and most likely caused an international incident. (Ugly Americans! What WON'T they export?...) Oh, and the fishing pole was rendered useless too as Spongebob took all the line with him. So as you can imagine, Mike was none too thrilled!! ;-)
I have also decided not to back date any pictures on my project this year so I am just going to post last week going forward. It will be like I being on vacation all over again, right?...... Well, I can dream can't I??
