My in-laws had us over for dinner tonight and Michael challenged me to an after-dinner game of pool in their awesome finished basement. Now, I will be honest. Michael is terrible at pool. His ability to hold the pool cue is questionable at best which makes his shots a tad (a lot!) off center... Yet, he managed to beat me legitimately, and soundly, even though there was a point in my life when pool was something I was actually reasonably good at. Apparently no longer being able to see the other end of the pool table factors into things more than you might think... Still a fun evening. ;-)
