Down tools when the sun shines?

Not the most exciting day for photography - it is tempting to post from previous day, however I shall resist.

As each floor goes up on this town centre complex, there is a period of opportunity to catch the silhouettes through the screen cloth for a while before the wall becomes solid. Of course the sun needs to be shining, and In the right place. And I have been waiting a while to try and catch some activity behind the screen which I think would make for a great photo. No such joy, I think the workers (and there are many) must down tools when the sun shines.

So I am resigned to sticking with the scaffolding patterns, which, at least today, mirrored the structure of the giant crane in view.
I think this would make a good entry for the 'eye of the beholder' challenge!

Lots of wonderful lines and angles in this image! I like the red against the blue sky! Is that a bird on top of that pole? Very interesting shot, Helen! :-)

@gaylewood thank you Gayle. I have had a close look on top of the pole, and can safely say that a pigeon did indeed get in the frame un noticed by me.
