Before the colour bursts out

I really liked the strong simple lines here and so chose to emphasise them a little in processing.

I think I will have to go back soon to see what colour these tulips burst into. The onset of spring is so rapid at the moment it is difficult to keep up with the latest developments - even being out and about every day!

I think so, too! It's nice to see them in all their colour but they are just as much a beauty when they are still closed.
