I am trying not to get too cross with myself for being so rubbish at taking a photo each day - I don't like loading a useless photo when there is a better one from a few days ago. So today - you get another one that is two days old.
After tonight's talk by photographer Ann Miles on monochrome, I decided that today's contribution to this photo would be a conversion to black and white which I have done in raw (Adobe bridge) using the colour sliders, rather than in photoshop using the channel mixer which is what I have been previously doing. So, atleast that is something.

Today I have been thankful that I was able to walk to and from work, and at lunchtime, without any serious pain resulting in my knee or ankle.
So glad you experienced some freedom from serious pain today. I love your daily thanks. I also love the black and white treatment you used in this picture. It creates a lovely sense of serenity.
love all the different patterns on the water against the spikiness of the trees, surely enhanced by your b&w conversion. i try to take a photo each day but these days often don't, and then i use a recent one, and that allows me to continue with 365 :) glad your knee and ankle are holding up
