Mooring

So the purpose of my little jaunt from which I have been displaying images of this week, was to seek a bit of minimalism. I got distracted onto other things, but I did shoot this scene specifically for the purpose, so thought I had better include it here before the week is out.

With thanks to the Darkroom for the inspiration to go seeking.

And, because it is time to move on to another week shortly and I still have an architectural shot to post this week, I have posted one last image from the outing on to my extras album today.

Today I am thankful for new spectacles collected a week earlier than expected. I'm still looking for an improvement in the seeing, but hope my eyes will adapt.
Thanks for joining In!!

Striking composition, amazing texture...perfect for black and white and for minimalism! Good luck with your new spectacles...they can take a while to get used to...but get used to them you surely will!
