Ozzie has lived a life of captivity - he has a large cage on the site of a local outdoor cafe/venue but spends a lot of time on his owner's barge or just in his company.
I came face to face with him as I rounded the corner when out for a light lunch a short while ago.
@flowerfairyann well lets just say we practically bumped into one another - I had to back off to observe the 2 metre rule. His handler invited me to stroke him. Very beautiful bird.
