#endhomelessness

Today I took my found object with me as I walked out to the supermarket to find an appropriate place to create my found object art.

I liked the idea of the key and keyring being placed here under a bridge where the homeless might bed down.

There is a story to the keyring, but that isn't the one that this image is telling. Perhaps another day.

An intriguing find and capture

would be a strange find

Great storytelling shot. I noticed that when someone finds the keys, he takes them, and in the place where he found them, he leaves a note with the phone number and information about the find.

@haskar Ah I haven't seen that before. In this instance though, the key is mine and I placed it there for the photo.

It's a powerful image and the contrast of the shine of the keys against the background adds to the irony. Way too many unhoused and the numbers keep growing. So thankful to be warm and fed.

Very compelling.

I like your set-up and story. It looks natural as well- like you really could have stumbled upon some keys hanging on a hook somewhere. Good shot!

A moving image. Unfortunately, many of the homeless in the United States are drug addicts and have mental challenges. When you try to give them a place to live, they leave because they do not want to follow the rules or a schedule. I wish I knew the answer...
