The rain was weighing down the hellebores in the garden. I couldn't face kneeling in the mud so I just stuck the camera underneath the drooping flower heads, pointed it upwards and snapped. Although the sky was grey it was just enough light to make the petals look translucent.
magical - this looks such a happy flower from underneath. I did the sad looking down on wet hellebore, but this was definitely the way to go - excellent.
