Michael Morpurgo's Next-Door-Neighbour

Today was the official publication date of the first two books in my Adventure Island series; The Mystery of the Whistling Caves and The Mystery of the Midnight Ghost. I can't tell you how exciting it is to see them on actual bookshelves in actual bookshops. Judith has already sent me a lovely sales report at to how they are selling in Heffers! And I was delighted to see that by a lucky alphabetical accident I am next door to Michael Morpurgo in WH Smith! What an honour!

Very cool, and your website is fun (or will be when complete I can tell). I may have to purchase a copy of the first book and see if it interests my 13-year-old with some learning delays. He has trouble with reading so always reads at a bit lower level.
